Influence stakeholders across various organizations to champion user-centric solutions based on research insights.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

You should possess 6 years of experience in applied research, such as in a product or academic setting.

Demonstrated experience with a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, contextual inquiries, one-on-one interviews, and unmoderated research.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, or Anthropology.

Five years of experience conducting UX research on products and collaborating with executive leadership is highly desirable.

Three years of experience in project management and navigating large, matrixed organizations is also preferred.
