Six years of experience in an applied research setting, such as product development or academia, is essential.
Demonstrated experience with a variety of research methodologies, including usability studies, contextual inquiries, one-on-one interviews, and unmoderated research.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field like Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, or Anthropology. Additionally, five years of experience conducting UX research on products and interacting with executive leadership, plus three years of project management experience within a large, matrixed organization, are highly valued.
