Drive advancements in software testing by integrating Generative AI for improved test design, defect analysis, and QA efficiency. Develop and refine comprehensive test strategies for intricate applications and products.

Implement and maintain robust UI and API test automation, seamlessly integrated into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Champion modern QA methodologies such as Shift-Left Testing, Risk-Based Testing, Continuous Testing, and Intelligent Automation.

Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to elevate overall product quality and uphold rigorous QA standards.

A minimum of 9 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering is required. Demonstrable experience applying GenAI tools within QA or Software Engineering workflows is essential.

Possess strong expertise in Test Strategy, Test Automation, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing. Proven experience with UI and API Automation Testing, including validating AI-generated scripts and tests.

Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST API Testing, and CI/CD pipelines, coupled with robust analytical and problem-solving skills, is expected.
