As a Senior Python Developer, you'll leverage your extensive background in building scalable backend services and distributed systems. Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable backend services and microservices using Python. Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas, integrating with external systems. Model, optimize, and manage both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) for optimal performance and data integrity. Deploy, debug, and maintain applications within Linux/Unix environments. Drive best practices in code quality, including unit/integration testing and code reviews within Git workflows. Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and DevOps engineers in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Possess 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience with a primary focus on Python. Demonstrate deep expertise in core Python web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Showcase proven experience in designing, securing, and documenting RESTful APIs, alongside practical experience with GraphQL APIs. Exhibit advanced proficiency in handling complex JSON parsing, data serialization, and API integrations. Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including its aggregation framework, indexing, and schema design, is essential. Solid working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM/ODM libraries (e.g., SQLAlchemy, MongoEngine, Beanie) is required. Comfort and proficiency operating, scripting, and troubleshooting in Linux environments. Advanced command of Git workflows, including branching strategies, pull request reviews, and conflict resolution.
