This role is for a Senior Project Manager within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in New Delhi. The National division comprises sector-agnostic teams offering diverse industry experience. People Consulting professionals at EY strategically align client people agendas with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change. Leverage strong expertise in HR technology transformation, including ATS/HRMS implementations and digital HR solutions. Drive Programme and portfolio management using Agile/Hybrid delivery models. Lead process transformation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and enable data, reporting, and analytics. Apply strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments. Define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets for large, multi-country transformation programs.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is required. Professional qualifications include a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Master of Computer Applications, or Master of Business Administration. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
