Lead end-to-end HR transformation programs from initiation to closure, including driving HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP – SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday). Establish robust delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadences. Effectively manage diverse stakeholders, including client CXOs and HR leaders, while ensuring commercial success through margin management and scope control. Build and mentor delivery teams and project managers, driving quality and risk management. Support business development and solutioning for new deals.

Key strengths include experience in HR technology transformation, program and portfolio management, Agile/Hybrid delivery models, process transformation (Hire-to-Retire), and data analytics enablement. Exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments is advantageous, as is the ability to define standard methodologies and reusable assets for large, multi-country transformation programs.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and 3 years in Business Analysis. Essential qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, or PG Diploma in Management (PGDM).

You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, agility, curiosity, and creativity are highly valued.
