Lead HR technology transformations, including ATS/HRMS implementations and digital HR initiatives. Oversee programme and portfolio management, utilizing Agile and hybrid delivery models. Drive process transformation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. Enable data, reporting, and analytics. Provide strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments.

Define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets. Manage large, multi-country transformation programs, ensuring technical excellence and strong client collaboration.

Possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Require a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
