Advise senior client stakeholders, facilitate leadership discussions, and translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps. Oversee project governance, ensure quality and risk management, and manage commercials and delivery. Develop and lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, actively contributing to account growth and identifying new opportunities. Drive proposal development and contribute to the evolution of People Consulting methodologies, assets, and thought leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in People Consulting/HR Transformation, including expertise in organization and operating model transformation, workforce and talent strategy, and change management. A strong background in complex program management, senior stakeholder management, and consulting with exceptional problem-solving skills is essential. Proficiency in solution design, business development, and proposal generation, coupled with executive communication and facilitation abilities, is required. Experience in team leadership and coaching is also crucial. Experience leading GCC/GBS/shared services people transformation, large-scale HR transformation, workforce planning, HR technology transformation, and AI/digital workforce transformation are advantageous, as are relevant HR, change, or project management certifications.
