Lead complex People Consulting engagements and manage multiple workstreams, shaping transformative solutions across organization, workforce, talent, change, and HR. Advise senior client stakeholders and facilitate critical leadership discussions, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable roadmaps. Oversee project governance, quality, risk, commercials, and delivery. Foster the growth of multidisciplinary consulting teams and actively contribute to account development, identifying new opportunities. Spearhead proposal and pursuit development, while also enriching People Consulting methodologies, assets, thought leadership, and market offerings.

A proven track record in HR Transformation, spanning 12-15 years, is essential. Candidates should possess significant People Consulting experience, with expertise in organization and operating model transformation, workforce and talent strategy, and change management. Proficiency in complex program management, senior stakeholder management, and strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities are required. Experience in solution design, business development, and proposal development, coupled with exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills, is crucial. The ability to lead and coach teams effectively is also a key requirement. While not mandatory, experience in leading GCC/GBS/shared services people transformation, large-scale HR transformation, workforce planning, HR technology transformation, and AI/digital workforce transformation is advantageous. Relevant HR, change management, or project management certifications are a plus.
