Manage the complete delivery lifecycle, from envisioning to cloud consumption and usage. Lead steering committee meetings and contribute to customer success by identifying and resolving consumption blockers. Ensure project delivery forecasts are met and manage fiscal responsibilities, including budget adherence and profitability. Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders, anticipating and managing issues proactively. Drive project initiation for medium to high complexity projects, balancing resources and collaborating with global delivery teams. Facilitate contracting for customer and partner resources and contribute to pre-sales efforts by articulating business value and managing project scope and risks.

Develop detailed project plans, establish clear expectations with all team members and stakeholders, and proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Orchestrate and oversee project metrics, ensuring adherence to KPIs and providing strategic direction. Proactively manage risks and issues, conduct qualitative analyses, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables, applying quality management techniques. Manage financial aspects of projects, aiming to reduce costs and improve delivery margins. Maintain clear stakeholder communications on project health, issues, and financial performance. Drive timely project closure and champion incremental process improvement by sharing lessons learned and contributing to intellectual property development.

Demonstrate accountability for financial health, drive consumption, and manage backlog risks. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, collaborating with customers on next-step proposals. Maximize timely cloud consumption and accelerate delivery by identifying new opportunities and facilitating follow-up conversations. Embody Microsoft's culture and values.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience is required, with an MBA being preferred. Fluency in AI and its potential applications is a significant advantage.

We require a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex project/program delivery, with at least 5 years dedicated to leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Proven success in delivering Cloud and AI-centric programs, including Azure, Data, Security, and Application Modernization, is essential. Strong financial and commercial management skills, including forecasting, margin management, and change control, are critical. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities are a must.

Technical expertise in AI and Gen AI is highly valued, including experience in technical engineering leadership roles. Experience delivering Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, and Data & Analytics solutions at scale is expected. The ability to engage technically with Architects and Engineers on AI architecture trade-offs, along with a solid understanding of Responsible AI, enterprise AI risk, security, and compliance considerations, is also crucial.
