This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape deals, guide technical delivery, manage complex projects, and contribute to business development. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams during pre-sales to understand business requirements and provide industry and technical input for proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
Lead technical delivery by understanding customer needs, mapping requirements to Microsoft technology solutions, and managing project planning, risks, and dependencies.
Implement solutions, provide oversight, and manage escalations while ensuring alignment with architecture and delivery practices.
Proactively manage executive-level stakeholder relationships to drive customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Act as an ambassador for intellectual property (IP), leveraging and contributing to existing or new repeatable content. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of Industry Solutions offerings.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant business area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of leadership experience, technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics), and a Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
This role involves a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
