This Assistant Director role within the Enterprise Security Program specifically targets a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead complex, global information security initiatives. The position demands a leader adept at bridging strategy and execution, adept at uniting diverse teams to achieve outcomes that not only mitigate enterprise risk but also foster business value and operational resilience. Working within Information Security, you'll support the Asset & Data Protection Services Team, requiring strong leadership without direct authority, exceptional executive communication, and the ability to orchestrate efforts across Information Security, Member Firms, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

Lead sophisticated global information security programs and projects from inception to completion, meticulously managing scope, plans, milestones, risks, budgets, and desired outcomes. Translate enterprise security objectives into actionable execution plans that drive business value, deliver measurable benefits, and effectively reduce risk. Coordinate diverse, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams, encompassing Information Security, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, Member Firms, vendors, and contractors. Champion robust project governance, facilitate clear status reporting, manage issue escalations, and ensure effective decision-making with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, critical dependencies, and RAID logs utilizing project management platforms like MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Proactively identify risks, issues, interdependencies, and resource constraints across programs, busy seasons, and organizational priorities, developing practical mitigation strategies. Foster stakeholder alignment by integrating feedback, resolving conflicts, and maintaining team focus on shared objectives. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of security processes, governance practices, and delivery methodologies, incorporating lessons learned and establishing sustainable operating models. Mentor and guide project team members, cultivate team engagement, and promote accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.

A proven track record in leading complex global information security, technology, or risk-related programs from initiation through successful closure. Comprehensive understanding of information security technologies and operational environments, covering cloud, network, endpoint, messaging, and data security domains. Demonstrated experience in managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting for complex undertakings. Proficiency with security frameworks, standards, and risk management methodologies, including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or comparable frameworks. Substantial experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, including preparing clear status updates, strategic recommendations, and essential escalation materials. Capability to lead cross-functional teams effectively without direct authority, driving results through influence, structured approaches, and accountability. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in clear business terms. Experience in identifying critical interdependencies across various programs, operational timelines, business cycles, and organizational priorities. Adaptability to operate within a global, matrixed environment characterized by multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
