As a Senior Project Manager within Business Excellence – Operations (BE Ops), you will be instrumental in driving our cloud consumption goals and maximizing customer digital transformation outcomes. BE Ops ensures delivery success through robust governance, financial discipline, operational rigor, and data-driven insights.

As a Senior Project Manager in BE Ops, you will lead end-to-end project and portfolio governance, ensuring financial predictability and operational excellence across engagements.

Key responsibilities include: - Owning portfolio governance, aligning with ISD delivery frameworks and quality standards. - Orchestrating delivery teams and stakeholders for successful execution. - Identifying and resolving cross-project dependencies, risks, and systemic issues. - Managing portfolio-level financials, including consumption, forecasting, and cost control. - Driving forecast accuracy and financial discipline, leading recovery planning for identified risks. - Leading proactive risk, issue, and compliance management, ensuring adherence to governance requirements and structured escalation processes. - Delivering leadership-ready reporting and data-driven insights on portfolio health. - Acting as a trusted advisor to Area leadership on governance and operational improvements. - Identifying and implementing process improvements and standardization initiatives. - Driving adoption of automation and AI solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting quality. - Mentoring Project Managers and contributing to capability building within the PMO.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting complex technology projects or programs, managing scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

Essential qualifications include: - A strong background in project/program management and consulting engagements. - Proven ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience managing executive stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and partners. - Expertise in financial governance, forecasting, and commercial management. - Proficiency in risk, issue, and change management, including assessing scope and budget impacts, and managing data readiness, model governance, and ethical AI risks. - Ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes aligned with customer strategy and value realization.
