As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will lead end-to-end project delivery within enterprise data center environments. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategic planning and solution design through successful deployment, stabilization, and final handover to production.

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners.

Gain a deep understanding of technical architectures, facilitate critical technical discussions, and guide decision-making for optimal solutions.

Ensure all project deliverables and documentation meet NVIDIA's high-quality standards and are completed on time.

Present and articulate comprehensive technical solutions and deployment strategies to both executive and technical audiences.

Lead regular synchronization meetings, governance calls, and status updates with global teams, clients, and third-party collaborators.

Oversee complex on-site or remote data center installations, manage escalations, and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams.

Manage project changes, communicate releases, and notify customers promptly and clearly.

Develop clear technical and operational runbooks, procedures, and post-implementation documentation.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required, or equivalent practical experience.

We are looking for a minimum of 5 years in project delivery management or customer service delivery leadership, complemented by over 5 years of experience in field service, customer implementation, or post-sales support for enterprise hardware and software platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cabling, power, and cooling, is essential. Strong customer-facing interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with C-level and technical stakeholders are critical.

Proven leadership experience across diverse, global, and cross-functional teams is a must. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively, are necessary for managing multiple complex projects with minimal oversight. Experience leading global projects across different regions and time zones is highly valued.
