The SaT (Strategy and Transactions) practice within EY is dedicated to helping clients reimagine their ecosystems and reshape their strategies for a better future. We leverage our Capital Agenda framework to tackle complex strategic, financial, and operational questions. Our team supports a diverse range of clients, including corporations, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions, in optimizing capital allocation and managing risk/return trade-offs.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with EY and client teams on policy and strategy development, alongside providing research support to promote exports and investments. You will be instrumental in building AI capabilities across teams through training and knowledge sharing, enabling effective AI integration in project delivery and business development.

Additionally, you will contribute to creating strategic collaterals for country, state, and sector strategies, including website and social media content. This role involves managing compliance reporting and coordinating efforts across multiple international teams. You will independently manage and execute ad-hoc research requests and are expected to actively contribute to EY's knowledge management and business development initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Data Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Science. A PhD in Computer Science or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management is also highly valued.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in strategic consulting or advisory roles. Preference will be given to those with experience advising Central/State Governments on advisory, PMU, and program implementation projects. Familiarity with online content development and project management methodologies would be advantageous.
