Our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to solving critical challenges for governments worldwide. We focus on digital transformation, helping public sector entities reinvent themselves by overhauling organizational structures, governance, and processes to improve public services.

The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice enables clients to reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios. We leverage our Capital Agenda framework to address strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions, assisting corporates, private equity, governments, and educational institutions with their financial challenges. Our team helps clients optimize capital allocation and manage risk/return trade-offs for better decision-making.

Provide expert support for PMU-led engagements and coordinate project execution among diverse stakeholders.

Leverage a strong understanding of infrastructure advisory domains to contribute to project structuring and successful delivery.

Develop strategic analyses and advisory outputs that align with client objectives and program requirements.

Assist with IP-related assessments and documentation for consulting and advisory assignments.

Engage in strategy and startup-focused advisory work, providing support for early-stage problem-solving and execution.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.
