This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) team, specializing in Strategy and Transactions (SaT) for Infrastructure Advisory in Chandigarh.

The GPS team leverages international expertise and local knowledge to address critical government challenges, focusing on digital transformation and reimagining public services. The SaT practice combines private sector best practices with public sector understanding to enhance service delivery. Specifically, the Infrastructure Advisory team assists clients with strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges, utilizing the Capital Agenda framework to optimize capital allocation and manage risk/return trade-offs.

This role involves technical excellence in finance, marketing, or analytics, requiring strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse client departments. You will conduct research, surveys, and interviews to glean insights and develop practical, insightful solutions to complex problems.

Key responsibilities include leveraging your strong business instincts and ambition for growth, coupled with practiced written and verbal communication skills. A powerful work ethic, personal drive, and 5+ years of business consulting experience are essential. Experience in conducting research, surveys, or interviews, and working effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Commerce is required. Additionally, a Master of Business Administration or Master of Commerce is preferred.

Minimum experience includes 2+ years in Data Analysis, 3+ years in Project Management, and 3+ years in Government Advisory.
