This role as a Senior Project Consultant is part of our Infrastructure Advisory team, focusing on government and public sector engagements. We specialize in addressing critical challenges faced by governments through innovative solutions, digital transformation, and strategic planning.

Our Transaction Advisory Services (SaT) practice, within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services, leverages deep sector knowledge and private sector best practices to enhance public services. We have a proven track record of assisting governments in sectors like Transport, Health, Education, and Infrastructure.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will drive impactful client engagements by understanding their core challenges and delivering data-driven, practical solutions. You will manage projects from inception through execution, conducting in-depth market research, policy analysis, and stakeholder consultations.

Key duties include analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights, developing comprehensive reports, business cases, and strategy documents. You will also prepare financial and operational assessments, collaborate with internal experts, and nurture strong client relationships. Contributing to business development and proposal efforts is also a vital part of this role, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration, complemented by a minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, advisory, research, policy, strategy, analytics, or project management. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving acumen, with demonstrated experience in research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.

Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills are essential. You should be adept at managing multiple assignments within a team environment, demonstrating strong client management and stakeholder coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools is required. Exposure to government advisory, public sector consulting, or transformation projects is highly advantageous.
