Our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team collaborates with governments worldwide to tackle critical challenges through innovative solutions and digital transformation. We assist public sector entities in adapting to the future by redesigning services and optimizing operations. The SaT (Strategy and Transactions) practice, under Transaction Advisory Services, offers multi-disciplinary expertise to support leading businesses and government organizations.

We specialize in areas such as Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring, Project Finance, and Strategy through EY Parthenon. Our focus is on helping clients navigate complex financial issues, manage risk, and improve capital efficiency.

Key responsibilities include providing technical excellence in policy and strategy development, offering research support to promote exports and investments, and building AI capabilities across teams. You will contribute to creating collaterals for country, state, and sector strategies, including social media content. The role involves reporting compliance, coordinating across multiple teams geographically, and independently managing ad-hoc client requests and research.

Further contributions are expected in EY's knowledge management and business development activities. You will work collaboratively across EY and client teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives and supports government initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and contributing to innovative solutions that enhance public services.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Technology (Computer Science), Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Science. Advanced degrees such as a Master's in Engineering, Data Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a PhD in Computer Science, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management are also relevant.

We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in strategic consulting or an advisory role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience advising Central/State Governments on advisory, PMU, and program implementation projects. Familiarity with online content development and project management is advantageous.
