As a Senior Project Consultant in Infrastructure Advisory for the Government sector, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing public services through digital transformation and robust project management.

This position is within EY's Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, dedicated to solving critical challenges for governments worldwide. We focus on building innovative solutions and helping public sector entities navigate the complexities of the future, including digital overhauls, governance, and operational improvements.

The SaT (Strategy and Transactions) team within GPS specializes in transaction services for government and public sector organizations. We leverage private sector expertise combined with an understanding of public sector needs to deliver improved public services. Our Infrastructure Advisory arm focuses on strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions, assisting clients in optimizing capital allocation and managing risk/return trade-offs.

As an MIS expert for the Gujarat Swachh Bharat Mission Urban project, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into SBM-U MIS portals. - Validating data received from urban local bodies and field functionaries. - Maintaining data consistency across various platforms like Swachhata App, Swachhatam Portal, Swachhata Samiksha Kendra, and Swachh Survekshan portal. - Developing methodologies and formats for collecting and tracking SBM progress data. - Supporting Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and the State in data submission and document management on the Swachhatam Portal. - Assisting in developing and upgrading state portals for centralized monitoring of SBM activities. - Supporting efforts to maintain a strong social media presence for highlighting mission activities and achievements. - Monitoring SBM-U 2.0 component progress, evaluating project outcomes, identifying implementation gaps, and providing data-driven recommendations.

To be considered for this role, you will need: - A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing IT portals, MIS projects, or government portals.
