This Senior Project Consultant role is part of our National Workforce Advisory team, focused on helping clients strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives. We place the Human element at the core of transformation, enabling organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce. Our mission is to help clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent with the essential skills in the appropriate roles and at optimal costs, ultimately transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, integrating business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Leverage capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. Develop and implement Talent Strategies using proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new Workforce Experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and Digital Transformation. Facilitate accelerated adoption through our digitally-enabled Change Experience platforms and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs.

Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs. Build modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, reimagining and digitizing the HR function. This includes HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal standards. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex challenges effectively.

The ideal candidate is agile, curious, mindful, and maintains positive energy. Adaptability and creativity are essential qualities for navigating dynamic client environments. A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
