This role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team, focusing on driving sustainable change by placing Humans at the Center of transformation journeys. You'll be instrumental in helping clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structure to gain a competitive advantage.

Drive impactful client engagements in organization and workforce transformation, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics.

Develop and implement strategies for Change Experience & Learning, focusing on new ways of working and accelerated adoption through digital tools.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies to foster innovation and efficiency.

Lead HR transformation initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR technology solutions, while optimizing employee policies and rewards.

Requires 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
