This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within our National People Consulting - Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. This position is part of our national sector-agnostic teams, providing diverse industry experience. Our People Consulting professionals assist clients in aligning their people strategies with overarching business objectives, placing human capital at the core of transformations to drive sustainable change and competitive advantage.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies through scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and digital problem-solving, facilitating adoption via digital platforms.

Develop Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs aligned with client business strategies to foster innovation and efficiency.

Contribute to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
