This role is within our National People Consulting practice, specifically focusing on Workforce Advisory. We empower clients by strategically aligning their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. Our expertise helps organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, transforming people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and analytics, alongside talent strategy, leveraging proprietary tools.

Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new Workforce Experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experiences tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to changing customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards by reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery models, and HR cloud technology. Transform employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

A practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions across diverse client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
