This includes expertise in: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Crafting new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital collaboration, and facilitating accelerated adoption through digital change tracking and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural initiatives with business strategy and operating models to foster innovation and efficiency. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Modernizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and aligning employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-6 years of relevant experience, particularly within Human Resources or People Consulting. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal frameworks. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential for delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
