This Senior Project Consultant role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team, based in Bangalore. Our National teams operate across various industries, providing well-rounded experiences. Within People Consulting, we help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing Humans at the Center of transformation. The role involves driving key initiatives within Organization and Workforce Transformation, leveraging capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy. You will also contribute to Change Experience & Learning by defining new Workforce Experiences, including Agile and Digital ways of working, and facilitating adoption through digitally-enabled platforms. Additionally, responsibilities include aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, and contributing to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards by digitizing the HR function and transforming employee policies.
