This role involves aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models through integrated approaches like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. You will also focus on enhancing the employee experience, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and driving accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change and learning platforms.

Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies. Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards, will also be key aspects of this role.

We are looking for individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within People Consulting or related fields. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. The ideal candidate will be agile, curious, mindful, and capable of maintaining positive energy while demonstrating adaptability and creativity.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, is essential. A practical approach to tackling complex issues and a proactive mindset are highly valued for this position.
