This Senior Project Consultant role focuses on enhancing client organizations by strategically aligning their workforce with business goals. Key areas of engagement include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Implementing integrated approaches for aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing new workforce experiences, including "New Ways of Working" (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration), and facilitating accelerated adoption through digital change experiences and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-6 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, enabling the delivery of insightful and actionable solutions.
