This role is part of our National People Consulting practice, where we help clients strategically align their people agenda with overarching business goals. By placing human capital at the heart of transformation, we enable organizations to drive sustainable change, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills, in the right roles, at the optimal cost.

Your primary responsibilities will involve driving technical excellence in areas such as organization and workforce transformation. This includes applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy. You will also contribute to change experience and learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences including agile methodologies, design thinking, and digital collaboration. Additionally, you'll play a role in aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, and in the transformation of HR functions, systems, and rewards.

To excel in this role, you need a strong foundation in Human Resources and 5-6 years of relevant experience.
