This Senior Project Consultant role is part of the National People Consulting team, focusing on Workforce Advisory. We empower clients by strategically aligning their people agenda with business goals, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structure to gain a competitive advantage.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, and workforce planning. Drive Change Experience & Learning programs, defining new work experiences and ensuring accelerated adoption. Develop Purpose, Culture, and Leadership strategies aligned with client business objectives. Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including digitizing HR functions and transforming employee policies.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, analytical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions.
