Engage with clients to design and implement workforce strategies, including organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Drive change initiatives by developing new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and digital collaboration tools.

Align leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies to foster innovation and efficiency.

Spearhead HR transformation projects, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR technology, and reward systems.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

You should possess 5-6 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.
