As a Senior Project Consultant, you will deliver expert advisory services across various client departments, ensuring adherence to commercial and legal standards. Your role involves developing insightful and practical solutions to complex problems.

Key contributions will include applying capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. You will also be involved in defining new ways of working, accelerating change adoption, and aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies.

This position requires a proactive approach to HR transformation, system implementation, and policy development, focusing on digitizing HR functions and optimizing employee rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources consulting. A strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy is essential.
