This role is part of the National PAS WKFA team, focusing on CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY. We help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation to drive sustainable change.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation, aligning business and workforce strategies through scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics.

Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and accelerating adoption.

Shape Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with clients’ business strategy and build modern leadership capabilities.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy and cloud technology.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

We seek candidates with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related fields.

Ideal candidates possess the ability to collaborate across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to complex problems is essential.
