Apply capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.

Assist clients in defining new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies and digital collaboration tools.

Requires 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
