This role is part of the National People Consulting team, specifically within Workforce Advisory. We help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change. Our focus is on ensuring clients have the right talent, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Drive organization and workforce transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models. Apply capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy using proprietary tools.

Lead change experience and learning initiatives, defining new ways of working and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with business strategy, adapting to customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Re-imagine and digitize the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources is required. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal standards. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
