The opportunity is for a Senior Project Consultant within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. This role is part of National teams that work across various industries for a comprehensive experience.

Collaborate on Change Experience & Learning, defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, digital adoption, and problem-solving. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs.

Contribute to Purpose, Culture, and Leadership alignment, ensuring programs match business strategy, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Participate in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
