This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. The National team operates across various industries, providing a comprehensive experience. Our People Consulting professionals help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing the human element at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change.

Focus areas include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing the new Workforce Experience, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration), and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategy, purpose, and operating models to adapt to changing customer needs and build modern leadership capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
