As a Senior Project Consultant, you will contribute to key areas including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change initiatives and platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to drive efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, and cloud technology, while aligning employee policies and rewards with business objectives.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and related fields. We seek individuals with a strong ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, enabling you to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. Candidates should demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the capacity to maintain positive energy, adapting creatively to challenges. An undergraduate degree is required.
