We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within consultancy. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, enabling the delivery of insightful and actionable solutions.

Key attributes include agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and sustained positive energy. Adaptability and creativity in approach are also highly valued for this role. A Bachelor's degree is required, providing a foundational understanding of human resources principles.
