This Senior Project Consultant role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. The National teams operate across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Within People Consulting, we assist clients in strategically aligning their people agenda with overarching business objectives. By prioritizing the human element in transformation, we empower organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce. Our approach helps clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, with the appropriate skills, in the correct roles, and at the optimal cost, thereby transforming their people strategy into a distinct competitive advantage.

The key areas of focus include Organization and Workforce Transformation, leveraging an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Another critical field is Change Experience & Learning, where we partner with clients to define new Workforce Experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration. We drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience monitored via Change Insights and Digital Learning via the EY Noggin Labs platform.

Additionally, we address Purpose, Culture and Leadership, aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating model. This adaptability to changing customer needs helps build modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.
