- **Organization and Workforce Transformation:** Developing integrated strategies for business and workforce alignment using scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce analytics, and talent strategy. - **Change Experience & Learning:** Crafting enhanced workforce experiences, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and accelerating adoption through digital change insights and learning platforms. - **Purpose, Culture and Leadership:** Aligning leadership and cultural initiatives with business strategy, adapting to market needs, and developing modern leadership capabilities. - **HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards:** Digitizing the HR function, optimizing HR service delivery, implementing HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Candidates should possess a practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions for complex challenges.
