This role is within our National People Consulting team, specifically focusing on Workforce Advisory. We help clients strategically align their people initiatives with overarching business goals, placing the human element at the core of transformation. Our approach guides organizations in reimagining their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and roles at an optimal cost, thereby converting people strategy into a significant competitive advantage.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through various aspects of workforce transformation. This includes developing and implementing integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies with future operating models, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. You will also be involved in enhancing change experience and learning initiatives, defining new ways of working through agile, design thinking, and digital collaboration. Furthermore, your role will encompass aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, and driving the re-imagining and digitization of the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, and cloud technology adoption.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Ideal candidates possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions is essential.
