This Senior Project Consultant role is part of our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, focusing on transforming organizations by placing people at the center of change. We help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills at the right cost, turning people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation, applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Shape Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs, aligning them with client business strategies, operating models, and evolving customer needs. Develop modern leadership and talent capabilities to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, re-imagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology, while optimizing employee policies and rewards.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within workforce advisory or related fields.
