This role is within our National PAS WKFA CNS PC WORKFORCE ADVISORY team, focusing on sector-agnostic projects across diverse industries. Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, applying expertise in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, leveraging EY's proprietary Organization & Talent Hub.

Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital collaboration. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Insights and EY Noggin Labs for digital learning.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with clients' business strategies and operating models, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership capabilities for enhanced efficiency and innovation.

Spearhead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including reimagining and digitizing HR functions, HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology, while optimizing employee policies and rewards.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
