Drive client engagement in the People Consulting domain, focusing on strategic alignment of human capital with business goals.

Lead initiatives in organization and workforce transformation, including scenario modeling, organizational design, and talent strategy.

Develop and implement change experience and learning strategies, promoting new ways of working and digital adoption.

Enhance client leadership and cultural programs to align with business strategy and foster innovation.

Spearhead HR transformation, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR technology solutions.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related consulting field.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Demonstrated skill in problem-solving and delivering insightful, practical solutions for complex issues.

Agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable mindset, with the capacity to sustain positive energy and approach challenges creatively.

A Bachelor's degree is required to be considered for this role.
