This role is part of the National PAS WKFA team, focusing on CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY. We empower clients to strategically align their people agenda with business objectives by prioritizing the human element in transformation. Our approach helps organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent with the necessary skills, in optimal roles, at the right cost, thereby transforming their people strategy into a significant competitive advantage.

Drive the Organization and Workforce Transformation agenda, integrating business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organization design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools.

Develop and implement Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital Collaboration, and accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and learning platforms.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with clients’ business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, re-imagining and digitizing the HR function. This includes HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
