Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, integrating business and workforce strategies with operating models. Apply capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning.

Drive Change Experience & Learning programs, defining new workforce experiences like Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital. Accelerate adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and learning platforms.

Shape Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with client business strategy and operating models. Build modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology. Transform employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking professionals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields. Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
