This role is part of the National People Consulting team, focusing on Workforce Advisory. We help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation. Our approach enables organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, turning people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Drive projects focused on Organization and Workforce Transformation, aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models. Apply capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy.

Lead Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new Workforce Experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital). Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Insights and EY Noggin Labs.

Develop Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs, aligning them with client business strategy, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to changing customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities.

Oversee HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, digitizing the HR function. This includes HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to solving complex issues, delivering insightful and practical solutions, is essential.
