This role is within our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory (WKFA) team, focused on Human Resources and People Consulting. We help clients strategically align their people initiatives with business objectives, placing the human element at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change and competitive advantage through their workforce.

The role involves contributing to projects focused on.

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics to align business and workforce strategies. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies and digital problem-solving, and facilitating adoption through digital learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy to build modern leadership and talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and transforming employee policies.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential.
