As part of the National People Consulting practice, you will strategically align client people agendas with business goals. You'll place humans at the center of transformation, driving sustainable change through workforce empowerment. We help organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills, in the right roles, and at the optimal cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Engage in organizational and workforce transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Drive change experience and learning by defining new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences and digital learning platforms.

Develop and implement purpose, culture, and leadership programs that align with clients' business strategies and operating models. Adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Re-imagine and digitize the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

We are seeking professionals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Candidates must possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
